The World Cleanup 2012 conference in Washington D.C. this Saturday (May 20)

The Let’s Do It! World team is most pleased to announce our first US conference. The workshop is taking place at the Estonian Embassy in Washington D.C., on Saturday, May 21st 2011.

The conference is organized with the aim to support the efforts of the global cleanup action team.


The global team will introduce the World Waste Map, which serves as a main tool for inspiration and coordination of the volunteers during 2012.

Further, an 11 step method for preparing the cleanups will be introduced. Mr. Rainer Nõlvak and Ms. Irmelin Hiie from the global team together with the San Francisco Cleanup team will share past experiences.

The conference is free of charge for all participants and each attendant will receive tools for starting the cleanup process in their state.
